we started our journey at 6-45 from hostel. we reached surathkal railway station by 7-30 and reached murdeshwer station by 10-30. we played judgment while traveling in the train. after having some breakfast we started towards the temple and by walking we saw the huge temple opposite to the statue. "Trip is successful" we all said at same time. we were shocked when we realize the height of the statue and the temple. Mind blowing!!!!
first we have visited the temple and then we have spent some time for photography while taking the "prdakshina" of the shiv statue. we chilled ourself with mango milkshake with ice cream at one of hotel just beside the sea with the view of the great arebian sea.
just after chilling we left that place and started our journey towards idugunji. the journey was one the great experiences we had so far the reason is that we did travel from a mini bus that has "humans" three times its capacity thanks to indian bus manufatureres for their tank kinda bus. finally we arrived at idugunji. we completed our visit of temple within an hour and left fot the "Manki" station. we got the train from then and arrived at suratkal at 8 P.M and had dinner at punjabi dhaba which has completed our trip.
